The Langham

The Langham

We think the time has come for an #ArtesianTakeover and it appears The Langham agrees! Join them as London’s modern cocktail bar, Artesian shakes things right up with their new internationally-influenced cocktail menu, stirred, rolled, filtered, slurped and curated by bartenders at the top of their game.

In total, 15 bars  known for achieving the highest accolades within the industry will be making your cocktails, so it’s probably a little better than a Pornstar Martini from your local pub, unless they have globally-famed mixologists at the helm, that is. From Shanghai to the UK’s very own Sheffield, 15 bars will create an exclusive menu featuring five cocktails from their bar in addition to two cocktails from Artesian’s team.

This boozy newsy comes as London celebrates the 10th anniversary of London Cocktail Week (4th-13thOctober) and is surely the best way to get involved in the action.

Cocktails this way from Wednesday 18th September onwards…

Aloha-us To Introduce The Rambutan Room

Aloha-us To Introduce The Rambutan Room

The Rambutan Room is the latest decadent addition to popular Black Roe, with keypad access to the private dining room allowing patrons to flow in and out without the slightest notice. What lies below is an incredibly crafted room, waves of fabric covered with Pacific Asian illustrations soften the space. The rippled glass wall bounces light across the cosy area creating an intense atmosphere and boy do we recommend this snug spot!
The room is filled by a colossal 18 seat custom onyx table which is as almost as big as the room itself, with lush sapphire chairs flowing around giving the dining a relaxed and private, but luxe feel. But we bet all that is on your mind is the drinks! Well, fear not, there are plenty! Drinks are served by a private bartender, especially mixed to bring Asian citrus twists to classics. The Rambutan Spritz is impeccable, with Yuzu, prosecco and lycee, it is one not to be missed. The wine list is equally impressive, with whites and reds a flow, depending on what you’re eating.
Food too follows suit, with a popping custom menus designed by Black Roe’s unrivalled Head Chef. The menu mixes his heritage with the knowledge of Black Roe’s CEO, who also opened Nobu, Hakkasan and Ping Pong to name a few! Highlights include grilled scallops and Dover sole tempura, with all dishes highlighting just how fabulous Black Roe, and it’s new Rambutan Room, is! Give it a visit this weekend…
