It’s mushroom season baby, and as you’re a fungi why not get the most out of the season by foraging for your supper? Foraging has become increasingly more popular in recent years now that we’re looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and live more sustainably, but it’s incredibly important it’s done safely and to know what to be looking out for. Foraging With Robin Harford

Plant-based forager, ethnobotanical researcher, and wild food educator, Robin Harford has been teaching individuals about foraging for a long ol’ time, and his foraging courses have even been voted number one in the country by BBC CountryFile. On the foraging trails, you’ll learn how to identify a minimum of 20 wild edible plants, their nutritional values, and even their folklore. Robin Harford hosts foraging courses in London, Sussex, Devon, and Dorset.
