Playing host to a sensational Sunday Lunch Club, Upstairs is the restaurant that quite literally resides upstairs, above Michelin-star studded Trinity and chef Adam Byatt is the genius behind it. And, because we’re all suckers for a Sunday roast and a Yorkshire drenched in gravy we’re raving about this menu that, this weekend, includes highlights of warm spring vegetables dressed in aged gouda cream, a loin of old spot pork stuffed with prunes, and soft French meringues. Yep, our mouths are watering!
