If you’re a big fan of baps like us, you’ll be just as excited as we are that today is officially National Burger Day! A day that sees burgers of all shapes and sizes adorn our favourite London eateries, ready for you burger-bandits to stumble upon. However, if you’re need of a push in the right direction, here’s a guide that will have your belly full for days to come, post-munch.
Fancy trying your hand at devouring Florentine’s 2.2kg Herculean burger? Well, you might need a help devouring this guy but when there’s 20% off on offer for one of London’s biggest burgs, the answer is only ever yes. The burger, enough to serve a party of four, comes stuffed with Montgomery cheese, portobello mushrooms, streaky bacon, black truffle, lettuce, tomatoes and a side of chips and sweet potato fries, and five dips. (Wow that was a mouthful!). Gargle it down with craft beers or British bubbles, delish!
There’s a new national day of the year every day it seems, but National burger day is something we’re happy to jump on board with! There’s not better place to devour your buns this burger day than at Heliot Steak House, and to celebrate they’ve created the ultimate tower burger, a mighty two-tier creation that’s as succulent as it sounds.
Imagine this: a USDA prime beer burger, chicken breast in bread crumbs, bacon, tomato, lettuce, onion, gherkin, mayo, ketchup, truffle, and cheddar cheese, all packed inside a brioche bun. Served alongside onion rings and french fries obvs. So, if you do-nut want to miss out on this National Burger Day, and you’re fond of big buns, you know where to head.
When a burger joint describes their burgers as “brutally brilliant”, you know you’ve got to give it a go. And there’s nine (yes, nine!) big ol’ burgs to choose from too. To celebrate this national day, burger fans will receive 50% off all burgers too!
If you’re wanting a classic burger hit, opt for their bonfire burg with all the usual accompaniments, or if you’re feeling a mega burger hit, indulge in their Shakespeare tower burger with two 6oz beef patties, or their fiery buttermilk chicken burger with blue cheese mayo, ooft! There’s three veggie options too, winner!
National Burger Day has made its way to Mac and Wild and it’s bringing some banging contesters! Today and tomorrow you’ll be able to dive into their double dirty dip donut burger; we’re talking doubled up aged beef patties, dip glazed donut buns, smoked chilli jam, quick pickle peppers, tattle rosti, jalapeño, and bacon cheese melt, all for £13. Meanwhile to accompany, dig into their pint of wilderness fries for just a tenner
Head over to London’s best steak resto and enjoy their giant beef and chorizo patty. Their burg is twice stacked, showered in chipotle and cheddar chef, served in between a smoked bacon and parmesan bun with chilli lime marinated tiger prawns. Blimey, this bad boy weighs in at 1,500g and is perfect for feasting with your pals! Check it out here

Get a look at this burger action! The best place to grab a quick burg on your lunch break has to be Honest Burgers. These guys have taken over London’s burger scene and rightly so, because they’re blooming delicious! At Honest Burger right now, they’ve got the halloumi special and let’s face it, who doesn’t love a bit of halloumi? (Oh and their rosemary coated chips are enough of a reason to head down themselves, mmm!)
Burgers. Burgers. Burgers. We can’t get enough of you, and oh boy, are we glad we found out about Burger and Beyond because their burger game is on another level! A bun that we can’t get enough of is their double ‘bougie burg’, with their signature dry ages beef patty, double American cheese, steak sauce 2.0, marrownaise (!!) and beef fat onions. It’s meaty, it’s cheesy, and it’s mouthwateringly delish!
