So the beginning of March has been quite eventful (Beast/East/etc), but now the snow’s cleared staying home and cuddling a hot water bottle will no longer be an acceptable use of your time. Which is why we’ve compiled a list of the best pop-ups for you to immerse yourself in this month.

Billy and Jack March Dinners

As Billy and Jack’s 24 hour world cancer day supper club was such a success they have decided to do a whole lot more this coming month and they’re hosting three more dinners.  You’ll enjoy a menu of seasonal, contemporary British food, in a beautiful venue.

Places are restricted to 24 per, and they will be taking place on Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th and Friday 23rd March.

Dirty Bones

Dirty Vegan

Dirty Bones Shoreditch will be hosting ‘Dirty Vegan’ and the event’s menu will feature a number of plant-inspired vegan twists on Dirty Bones’ signature dishes, as well as a vegan cocktail and a drinks list specifically curated to compliment the food.

Panel Discussion With Bipolar Sunshine

Breakout singer Bipolar Sunshine will be hosting a panel discussion about the rise of London locals on the music scene. The London-born film directors Mollie Mills and Raine Allen-Miller will also be sharing their own stories to inspire the next generation. Bipolar Sunshine will be performing live as well as a curated set from some of London’s most talented DJs all at W London.

Lena Hoschek Launch

Womenswear designer Lena Hoschek, is hosting an exclusive pop-up event at the 6th@Soho event space. The pop-up will exclusively launch the SS18 Kiss me Piroschka collection and preview the AW18 Wintergarden collection, fresh from the Berlin Fashion Week catwalk. Customers can pop in for breakfast, browse through the new collections and pick up some summer statement pieces, as well as an exclusive free goody bag.

Happy Birthday Ben & Jerry's

Ben & Jerry’s are celebrating their 40th Birthday. That’s 40 years of the most scrummy and naughty ice cream. To make things a little bit special they are having a birthday cake inspired swirling ball pit. I know, just try to contain your excitement I dare you. The adult ball pit will be popping up in London at Old Spitalfields Market for one-day-only and is completely free for all ice cream fans to attend.

Yes there will be ice cream, (panic not), of course you will get the chance to experience an exclusive scoop of the new Birthday Cake flavour.

Aster

Aster’s Executive Chef, Helena Puolakka, will welcome two of the UK’s most accomplished chefs – Sally Clarke and Angela Hartnett – to her critically acclaimed Nordic-French restaurant. Falling just after International Women’s Day and with 50% of ticket sales going to Women’s Aid, this very special night will be the third in the series of evenings in which remarkable chefs are ‘in conversation’ with Richard Vines, Bloomberg’s chief critic whilst a four-course menu is created by Helena Puolakka in collaboration with the guest chefs.

Mexican Street Food

Elote, featuring Alex Hutton, ex- head chef at Caravan in King’s Cross, is popping up at The Duke’s Head in Highgate for all of March.  Go for some delicious Mexican street food, including their signature eloté de callejeros which combines juicy chargrilled corn with creamy chipotle and queso fresco cheese.

Great Guns Social

Good Fodder

Just around the corner from Borough Market and Flat Iron Square, Great Guns Social has earned serious foodie creds since launching last summer with a string of chef residencies including John Gregory Smith and Jay Morjaria.

Next up is Fodder,  a collective of four experienced twenty-somethings who are ‘urban foragers’, and their run kicks off on Tuesday 20th and runs Monday to Friday until 20th June. They’ll be serving a new menu of seasonal sharing plates ‘for the table’, shaking up our usual tasting menu format to a more flexible, casual style of eating.
