M&S X Ghost: The High Collaboration We’re Loving (And It’s All Under £100)
If you’re in the market for your next pub garden or alfresco dinner party look, high street favourite M&S has teamed up with British brand GHOST for a near-perfect post-lockdown collection.
Following on from the hugely successful November 2020 collaboration, the M&S X GHOST capsule collection of dresses returns bigger and better than ever. The 15 piece-strong selection is selling fast and we’re not surprised, these are dresses that work pretty much for all occasions, from pub bench paired with trainers to a small summer wedding polished with pretty accessories.
The styles are typically ‘GHOST’ – a little vintage-inspired with the prettiest of springtime prints and, above all, are hugely flattering.

As always, M&S delivers on inclusivity, with every style available in sizes six to 20. From relaxed smock styles to mini tea dresses and puff sleeves and frills in all the right places, if there’s one thing a GHOST dress does, is make you feel good. And with every piece under £100, ranging from £59 to £89, the high street collaboration offers an affordable way to update your wardrobe and wean yourself off 2020’s joggers and hoodies.

From relaxed smock styles to mini tea dresses and puff sleeves and frills in all the right places, if there’s one thing a GHOST dress does, is make you feel good.
The instantly recognisable dresses from GHOST’s main line have been spotted on a slew of celebrities, including the Duchess herself, Kate Middleton. Kate’s ability to flog flocks is as strong as ever despite a year in and out of lockdowns. Kate wore a vintage-inspired GHOST dress at the beginning of lockdown and later, a pretty blouse on one of her Zoom calls, both of which sold out almost instantly.
While the brand’s pretty and demure aesthetic plays perfectly into royal protocol, style icons that are known to be a little more adventurous are also big fans of the brand, from Chelsea girl Millie Mackintosh to Insta starlet Emrata. In short, these are dresses that are seriously versatile.
With that said, there’s something for everyone, from the floaty polka dot monochrome frock – perfect paired with sporty sandals and a pearl-embellished hair barrette – to the tangerine-hued ruffle-front number that’s got ‘socially distanced summer wedding’ written all over it.
What better excuse to treat yourself for your return to real clothes?
