Confidence & personal growth
Confidence is a huge part of your message—what’s one small daily habit that can instantly boost self-belief?
Starting the day with affirmations is a powerful reset. Even something simple like “I am enough,” “I am worthy of abundance,” or “I deserve to take up space” can completely shift how you carry yourself. It’s a small act, but it sets the tone for the day and reminds you of your strength before the world has a chance to chip away at it.
You often talk about the power of manifestation—how do you keep your mindset strong on tough days?
I give myself permission to feel what I need to feel. Manifestation isn’t about pretending everything is perfect – it’s about choosing to believe in your ability to move forward, even when it’s messy. On those tough days, I go back to my tools: long walks, gratitude, breathwork, sound baths and a good series on Netflix!
What’s the biggest misconception people have about self-confidence?
That confidence is about being loud or extroverted. It’s really not. True confidence is quiet, grounded, and secure—it’s how you speak to yourself when no one’s listening. It’s about knowing your worth, trusting your voice, and not needing external validation to feel good about who you are. Some of the most confident people I know are calm, softly spoken, and deeply self-assured.
Beauty & wellness
How has your beauty philosophy evolved over the years?
It’s become so much more about how I feel. In my 20s, I was chasing trends and perfection. Now, I’m more focused on glow from within, health, energy, self-love. Confidence makes you magnetic, and no skincare product can fake that.
What are your non-negotiable skincare and wellness rituals?
My morning DIRTEA coffee, supplements and DIRTEA gummies, my HUMANTRA electrolytes, sound baths (incredible for calming my nervous system) and chlorophyll water. Oh, and a solid 8 hours of sleep – nothing gets in the way of me and my bed!
If you had to recommend just three beauty must-haves, what would they be? And why?
1) DIRTEA Tremella – it’s my go-to for skin hydration and glow.
2) CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser – I love how gentle it is for your skin – wash your face with this and ice-cold water for the ultimate depuff hack after a night’s sleep.
3) Confidence (my new book) – because nothing is more beautiful than confidence.
Lifestyle & routines
How do you balance self-care with the demands of your career and motherhood?
Keeping committed to my daily practices and incorporating things like yin yoga and sound baths every week have been a game changing for me. It means that I’m giving my nervous system an opportunity to slow down so I’m actually able to handle so much more without getting stressed.
Is there a wellness trend you swear by—or one you think is overrated?
I swear by functional mushrooms – I’ve seen a huge difference in focus, immunity, and skin since taking DIRTEA. As for overrated… I think anything that feels restrictive, or punishing is a no from me. Wellness should feel supportive, not stressful.
Empowerment & advice
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?
Stop trying to be who you think the world wants you to be. The most magnetic version of you is the most authentic one.
How do you deal with self-doubt, especially in such a public-facing role?
I remind myself why I do what I do. If I can help just one person feel less alone, more seen, or more empowered – that’s enough. And I don’t wait to feel fearless before I act. I move with the doubt, not around it.
What’s next for you—any exciting projects or goals on the horizon?
I’ve got a few really exciting things brewing! More live shows, a new series of my podcast RISE with Roxie, and of course continuing to share the Confidence message in new ways.
If I can help just one person feel less alone, more seen, or more empowered – that’s enough.
New book & inspiration
Your new book is all about Confidence – what inspired you to write it?
So many people struggle with self-worth, especially in today’s comparison-driven world. I wanted to create something that felt supportive and empowering—a guide to help people build real, lasting confidence, not just the performative kind. It’s the book I needed all my life.
If readers take away just one lesson from your book, what should it be?
That confidence isn’t something you just have or don’t have – it’s something you build. And it’s available to all of us.
