The S’more Coffee Cocktail from Sticks’n’Sushi is exactly that—a decadent blend of rich coffee liqueur, velvety chocolate, and toasted marshmallow. Created by Head of Bars Vicky Vecchione, it offers a grown-up twist on the classic fireside treat.

Rolling out across all UK restaurants later this November, it’s a cosy, comforting drink made for those chilly autumn nights when you’re craving something a little special.

S’more Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients

Cocktail

40ml Coffee Liqueur 

25ml Vodka

35ml Cold Espresso

Foam (batch for 4/5 drinks)

100ml Soya Single Cream (or soya cream)

25ml Vanilla Syrup

Method

1. Pour the coffee liqueur, vodka and espresso into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently to chill.

2. Top with a generous spoonful of vanilla foam, ideally with a soft serve look. 

3. To make the foam, whisk the soya cream and vanilla syrup together in a bowl until slightly thickened — you’re aiming for soft peaks, like lightly whipped cream.

4. Keep chilled and use within a couple of days.
