With spring flowers now in bloom, there’s never been a better time to upgrade your vase collection. The statement vase has been on the scene for quite some time – doubling up as a chic home accessory in its own right as well as a place to show off your fresh flowers – and there is no shortage of them around right now, whether you’re looking for a special piece to invest in or a budget-friendly option.

On the high street, H&M always delivers the goods in the vase department. This season, we’re loving their sculpted pale pink design and offbeat, circular detailing. Pop it in the nook of a bookshelf to act as a decorative piece or atop the coffee table with a few simple stems of white gypsophila. While John Lewis’s checkered hand-painted prints are very much giving Damson Madder vibes for a fraction of the price.
