Our Instagram feeds are currently flooded with one jacket style, the bomber. An unlikely hero, it’s come back into the limelight thanks to a flurry of celebs – Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber – as well as some brands that are nailing the look like The Frankie Shop’s super oversized proportions and LouLou Studio’s butter-soft leather style.
The key to making it work is keeping the rest of the look low-key and sticking to a muted colour palette. Think mushrooms and sage with creamy silk slip skirts or classic black paired with leggings, chunky trainers and a baseball cap – very ’90s Lady Di.
