Let’s be honest: January usually comes with a lot of noise about ‘overhauling’ our lives. But if you’re currently feeling a little sluggish, bloated from festive indulgence, or dealing with those inevitable winter breakouts, we’re craving something gentler. Less “new year, new me,” and more “new year, nourished me.” That’s why we are clearing our calendars for Wild Nutrition at Liberty. Here is why this immersive sanctuary is the antidote to the January blues.

In Partnership With Wild Nutrition At Liberty

What sets it apart

We’re fans of Wild Nutrition because, frankly, not all supplements are created equal. Wild Nutrition is a pioneer of the Food-Grown® supplements, which means your body recognises their nutrients as real food. The result? They are much easier to absorb and significantly gentler on the stomach than synthetic alternatives – the perfect fix for a weary January system.

From 8th January to 8th February, the cult supplement brand is taking over Liberty’s iconic Atrium, making history as the first wellness brand to ever do so. They’re calling it Rooted in Wellness. It’s a total sanctuary designed to help you reset, recharge, and find a moment of calm right in the middle of London.

The pop-up, at a glance

Cost: Free entry (Nutritional therapist consultations and poetry sessions require booking)
When: 8th January – 8th February 2026
Where: The Atrium & Beauty Hall, Liberty, Regent St, London W1B 5AH

1. Experience a historic takeover

If you love Liberty as much as we do, then you know the Atrium is iconic. For the first time, it’s being transformed into a wellness space. Wild Nutrition has created an immersive sanctuary that feels a world away from the busy streets outside. It’s all about nurturing women from the ground up. Think: renewed energy, clarity, and inner strength – three big ticks in our new year’s vibe.

If you’re looking to set some intentions for 2026 without the pressure, this is the place to do it.

2. Turn your goals into poetry

This might be our favourite part. On selected weekends, you can visit The Poetry Machine and meet Beth, a poet who will turn your intentions into a bespoke poem right in front of you on her vintage typewriter.

Plus, the poems are typed on seeded paper, which means you can frame your words for inspiration, or plant them and literally watch your intentions bloom.

Heads up: These spots are limited and booking is essential, so don’t sleep on this one.

When: Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th, and Saturday 24th January.

3. Get free advice from the pros

If you’re feeling off-balance post-Christmas, navigating perimenopause, or struggling with thinning hair and low energy, stop guessing. Every Wednesday and Thursday, Wild Nutrition’s nutritional therapists are offering complimentary 1:1 consultations. In-person spots have filled up fast, but keep checking for appointments that free up, or alternatively, book an online consultation. They don’t just hand you a bottle; they look at your symptoms – from bloating to breakouts – and create a bespoke plan.

Take the guesswork out of supplements with your very own 1:1 consultation with an expert.

Tip: You’ll want to be quick on this one. The first 30 people to book a consultation will snag a complimentary goody bag when they attend. Yes, please.

4. Stock up on treats for your shelf (and your health)

Naturally, the pop-up is the perfect chance to stock up on your favourites, or finally try that product you’ve been eyeing up. The full award-winning range will be there, including the bestselling Collagen 500 Plus, Food-Grown® Magnesium, and the brand-new Weight Management Support.

Plus, if you’re buying two products, they’ll gift you a free Immune Support supplement. Considering the time of year, that’s a win-win.
