London’s first Polynesian restaurant, Trader Vic’s, located at London Hilton on Park Lane, is introducing their new Mai Tai masterclasses, where the secret to making their original and classic cocktails are revealed. We are offering one lucky person the chance to win a Mai Tai class for 4 with a sharing platter of light bites plus a Trader Vic’s Tiki Party goodie bag each!

Beginning with an interactive introduction to the world of rum, you’ll get to taste and map out the flavours of all the different types on offer. Once you’ve become well acquainted with rum, the talented bar staff will teach you how to make their most famous of cocktails. The masterclass is the perfect way for you, and up to three friends, to learn the magic of the Mai Tai and drink a few cocktails in the process!

Like the professionals, you’ll get the chance to take turns behind the bar and create your own 1994 Mai Tai Cocktail.  Never fear, the Mai Tai Master Classes are suited to all levels of rum knowledge and offer the perfect entertainment for parties. The only thing you need to think of is what Hawaiian shirt to wear!
