The ever-popular Beach Bar is back in full swing this summer, but what could make the Bahamian beach setting, complete with real sand and a beach-hut style thatched roof, even more appealing? The addition of bottomless brunch, of course!
This June, those seeking a colourful and summery setting for weekend brunch can enjoy a tasty two-hour bottomless brunch with unlimited refills. Select from a menu of tropical cocktails, including, Pina Colada, Summer Spitz, Dark ‘n’ Stormy, Ocean Breeze or White Sands. Savour brunch-inspired sharing platters featuring dishes such as avocado and smoked salmon on granary toast, black pudding Scotch eggs, Cumberland sausage with red onion chutney in a brioche bun, a tasty mini chicken and bacon burger, and cheesy fried camembert with cranberry sauce, as well as an ice cream cone to finish. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available on request.
You’ll be seated in a sunny conservatory for brunch, but will have full access to the lively Beach Bar on the outdoor Wood Deck for beachside cocktails.
