Another October weekend is rolling up, and we’re looking forward to cosying up with a drink at one of London’s covered outdoor terraces. With the weather getting chilly, a nice Sunday roast also looks like it should be on the cards this weekend or treat yourself to an autumn staycation in the heart of the city. Here’s what’s on this London weekend:

Enjoy a delicious Sunday roast

On Sundays, we roast. Head to STK Steakhouse for a roast at £28 per person, where you can choose from smoked BBQ brisket and succulent lemon rosemary chicken or go for the slow-cooked lamb shoulder and BBQ short ribs. All the trimmings are served family style to share and include duck-fat roasted potatoes, carrots glazed in honey, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and port gravy to bring everything together.

Expect to see vast canvases and the early vibrant batiks that first made the artist’s name in the late 1980s. Her work teems with the life and spirit of her homeland in Australia’s Northern Territory, and Kngwarray’s art is known to transport visitors to the remote landscapes where they were made.
