Glaswegin
This multi-award winning London Dry Gin is inspired by Glasgow, and its unique taste comes from blending eight globally sourced botanicals to create a gin that’s full of character.
There’s milk thistle, juniper, coriander, angelica, orange flower, bay leaf, chamomile and pink peppercorn, with fresh tasting notes of juniper, lime, and orange flower. It’s all balanced out with milk thistle and pink peppercorns to round out the spirit for smooth sipping and a unique taste.

Isle Of Wight Distillery Mermaid Gin
Mermaid Gin is a hit on both taste and stunning presentation. Hand-crafted using ethically sourced botanicals, it’s a blend of zesty lemon, notes of pepper and a hint of sea air from fragrant rock samphire.

Liberty Distilled Old Tom Gin
There’s nothing run of the mill about Liberty’s Distilled Old Tom Gin, and we’d expect nothing less from the iconic department store.
Created in small batches in Jensen’s Bermondsey distillery, commercial sweeteners are omitted in favour of the classic root, musk and spice gin botanicals found in Victorian era cocktails. The result is naturally sweet, with earthy, herbal notes for an authentic modern interpretation of traditional Victorian gin.

East London Liquor Company Kew Gin
It’s not just the bottle that’s fabulously floral – East London Liquor Company’s partnership with Kew Gardesn to produce this gin means that botanicals are the stars of the show.
There’s bright Douglas fir and fresh floral lavender, balanced out by sweet orange peel, earthy liquorice root and fennel seed – hitting all the right notes on your palate.

The Japanese Craft ROKU Gin
With six different botanicals sourced in Japan, and a bottle design reflecting the Japanese aethetic, ROKU gin really doesn’t disappoint. The botanicals jump out on the palate – think Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea (green tea), Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) and Sanshō pepper that have been harvested at peak season to extract the best flavour.
The bottle is a further reflection of Japan, with a hexagonal shape (ROKU means ‘six’ in Japanese), and calligraphy across the washi paper label – symbolising Japanese craftsmanship.

Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin
Surrey’s most famous gin, Silent Pool’s Rare Citrus Gin has been crafted using four of the rarest citrus fruits on the planet.
There’s Buddha’s Hand with bright sherbet lemon aromas; Amanatsu for notes of mandarin and lime; a Japanese pomelo called Hirado Buntan bringing cream, honey and grapefruit notes; and finally Seville Oranges are harvested while still green, packed with intense oil to create a hit of marmalade. It’s aromatic and complex – perfect for those who love a citrusy gin.

Edinburgh Gin 1670 Botanical Dry Gin
Edinburgh gin are the brains and botanists behind this bottle. Delivering strong herbaceous notes, their head distiller worked with the chief botanist at Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic Gardens to produce this gin, made from a selection of the 14,000 plants that live there.
Perfect serve: Pair with tonic or shake as a martini, and garnish with a little greenery.
Hampton Court Gin Lord Of Misrule
Another winner from Hampton Court Gin, Lord Of Misrule is inspired by the Tudor traditions of mischief and mayhem, when Henry VIII would choose a ‘Lord of Misrule’ from the lower classes , reversing the roles of king and servant for 12 days and giving him complete authority over the Court’s raucous feasts and wild partying – resulting in the Feast of Fools.
The aromatic botanicals you’ll find this gin are those that would have featured in the feast – think ginger, quince, cubeb berries, lemon, nutmeg, cinnamon, mulberry, grains of paradise, honey, butter almond and juniper.
Perfect serve: Tonic or ginger ale, garnished with a shard of cinnamon and a lemon slice.
Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin
Hayman’s gets The Handbook seal of approval as one of London’s best gin distillers (we highly recommend the distillery tour and tasting), and their Exotic Citrus gin is a concoction of kumquat, pomelo, Persian lime and mandarin for an exotic, zesty flavour and smooth finish.

Nicholson Blood Orange Dry Gin
A favourite since the 1920s, Nicholson’s Blood Orange Dry Gin is a true British classic. Crisp, dry and delicate, sipping this will instantly evoke memories of summer picnics, alfresco dining and blissful sunshine sipping.

Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
One of the few single estate gins made in the UK, Ramsbury know a thing or two about great gin, and they believe that you can’t make it without making great vodka first.

Subtly sweet, perfectly balanced (and personally, one of my favourite gins ever), this raspberry gin is infused with fresh raspberries both before, during and after distillation – which gives the gin its subtle pink hue. However unlike other flavoured spirits, they’ve kept it full strength, so you still get the full gin experience without compromising on the sweet raspberry taste.

Created as an homage to an English meadow in the height of summer, Cambridge Dry Gin is elegant and refined.
