Fancy indulging in a festive feast overlooking the South Bank Christmas lights display, with 360 views of the river Thames. Skylon will be offering exactly this, with a three-course set menu available for £60 per person and a prime location.
The meal begins with smoked salmon with horseradish cream, fennel salad and dill purée or black pudding with apple purée and frisée salad before the choice of roast turkey breast, seared hake or sweet potato risotto for mains. Those with a sweet tooth end the meal with either a festive Christmas pudding, frangipane tart or blood orange posset. If this wasn’t enough, Skylon will also be launching a bespoke festive cocktail menu in partnership with Chase Vodka, available all through December.

Coq d’Argent

The menu features five new creations, including the Coq d’Argent bespoke cocktail with notes of rosemary, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, and a hint of truffle and an Espresso Martini crafted with Kahlua, Averna, and rich coffee, which will be served on tableside from a Martini trolley.
