Hidden away at the top of citizenM Tower Of London, the hotel’s playful rooftop bar cloudM has just introduced a new ‘Gin & Tea Time’ offering. Created in partnership with Bombay Sapphire, you can sip on candy floss-topped cocktails and enjoy light nibbles high in the clouds, on custom Josephine Desssine-designed plateware, all while taking in the soaring views over the city.

The Cocktails
Designed with gin lovers in mind, the ‘Gin & Tea Time’ package comes complete with plenty of gin-based cocktails courtesy of Bombay Sapphire. The cocktail menu is packed with innovative mixes, with the names each nodding to iconic London landmarks and events.
Cocktail highlights include:
- The London Eye, mixing Bombay Premier Cru, sugar syrup, lime juice, blue curacao, ginger, liquor and sparkling wine.
- Fleur de Citron, blending Bombay Citron Pressé, St Germain, Prosecco, soda top up and garnished with a lemon wheel.
- The Thames Trader, a blend of Bombay Sapphire gin, mango juice, cinnamon and chilli syrup, lime juice and chocolate bitters.
The Nibbles
On the food front, the ‘Gin & Tea Time’ comes complete with light bites and tea time treats perfect for sharing.
Expect everything from cheeses and cured meats to housemade hummus, mixed olives and crackers.
Keeping in tune with cloudM’s fun energy, the dishes are served on plateware designed by eclectic designer, Josephine Dessine. Each treat pairs perfectly with your cocktails of choice.
