The restaurant world’s most relentless chef, Gordon Ramsay, has announced the opening of yet another series of venues, with one set to be the highest restaurant in the UK, and bookings are now open.
Opening in February 2025 diners will be able to experience five unique, culinary experiences at 22 Bishopsgate. With three new restaurants, a terrace bar and a culinary academy, 22 Bishopsgate will provide guests with exceptional fare crafted by one of the world’s most famous chefs, whilst enjoying breathtaking views of London landmarks including Tower Bridge, The Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral.
The dining options
At level 60, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay will become the capital’s highest restaurant, offering an Asian-inspired menu with unparalleled 360’ views of the city and beyond. The venue will extend to the Lucky Cat Terrace for cocktails, delicious food and entertainment on the rooftop until 3am.

Level 60 will also feature an exceptional 12-seat Chef’s Table ‘High’, which descends from Gordon Ramsay’s flagship Chelsea restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Below on level 59, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar by Gordon Ramsay will serve its signature dishes, cocktails, and a new afternoon tea experience.
Finally, the Gordon Ramsay Academy, powered by HexClad, will also be established at 22 Bishopsgate, where culinary enthusiasts can hone their skills in everything from pasta making to mixology, including perfecting the classic beef Wellington, ideal for a social or corporate occasion.
