It felt like the longest month ever, but it’s finally time for January payday. From hard-working skincare to promotion-worthy fashion, here’s what we plan to treat ourselves to the minute that bank balance gets a boost.
I’ve just had word that Me+Em’s bestselling oversized blazer is back in stock. Loved for its relaxed fit that doesn’t overwhelm, I’m ready to snap up the biscuit-coloured option – ideal to take into spring. For me, the big pull is the genius hidden elastic at the sleeves, designed to create a polished “scrunch” that stays in place all day. And so my blazer obsession continues…. – Ashling, Contributing Style & Interiors Editor
I’m after a sophisticated bag that offers daytime office chic, but glam enough to take to drinks as soon as I clock off. This is it. Cos, known for its pared-back, elevated style has delivered. In the most delicious shade of bordeaux, this clutch is lush. – Robyn, Managing Director
While I’m almost always on the hunt for new clothes, this month is a little different. Perhaps it’s the January newness mood, but i’m instead eyeing quality homeware bits that will make my home feel that bit fresher for the year ahead. – Natasha, Digital Editor
Charless Tyrwhitt is the go-to hanger pick. The shirt that looks good, fits well, and makes you feel great! If I’m ever unsure about what to wear in the morning, it’s usually Charles who helps me out. – Yan, Senior Brand Partnerships Executive
I’ve had my eye on the Coach Tabby bag for a while now, it’s been all over my socials. The Brass/Dark Stone colorway is super versatile, and even though it’s an investment, I know it’ll be a wardrobe staple. – Harriet, Head Of Partnerships
This is a bit of an investment, but it’s a piece I’d wear forever. I’ve seen few faux furs that look and feel this incredible, and while it certainly leans into the Mob Wife aesthetic, I’d style it more low-key with baggy denim and a pair of colour-pop trainers. – Astrid, Contributing Fashion & Lifestyle Editor
I started using the Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel, and now I can’t go back. It’s the easiest lazy-girl hack I’ve ever tried and absolutely an investment product; skincare is the one thing I’m careful with and willing to splurge on when it’s truly worth it. I keep them by my bedside and use them every three days, and the results have been noticeably fast, so much so that my next paycheck is already earmarked for levelling up to the stronger peel. – Caitlin, Senior Campaign Success Manager
I’m loving these ultra wide leg corduroys from An Action A Day as am at a point in my life where I am seeking out ever baggier pairs of trousers. These are so fantastically boxy I have visions of living in them year round. – Flora, Senior Brand Partnerships Executive
