Wimbledon is in full swing, food and drink festivals have taken over the city, and the heatwaves are giving the Mediterranean serious competition. Summer in London doesn’t get much better than this, and the pop-up scene is keeping pace. From open-air screenings to exclusive one-off menus, here’s everything worth adding to your July itinerary.

Catch a Wimbledon match or two here

The beloved Strawberries & Screen event is returning to Duke of York Square this July. It’ll be open daily, with live outdoor screenings of the Men’s Semi-Finals and both Finals shown across the weekend on a large screen opposite the Saatchi Gallery.

Food and drink will come courtesy of Chelsea restaurant Vardo and a Chelsea Grocer pop-up bar, while Aesop will be on hand with a seasonal retail pop-up, handy if the sun makes an appearance. The green is free and open to all, with space for picnic blankets throughout, though VIP front-row deckchair spots can be pre-booked from early July. Mini tennis sessions for younger fans round things out nicely, making it one of the more family-friendly options on this list.
