A New Opening From London’s Favourite Peruvian Restaurant Is Coming
We love a good news hospitality story – London’s favourite Peruvian restaurant is set to open its third site, LIMA SHOREDITCH, on October 9th. The new spot will bring LIMA’s classic dishes alongside new menu creations to the Sun Street Hotel. The menu will offer a modern take on traditional Peruvian cooking, with references to Nikkei cuisine and Chifa (a blend of Japanese and Chinese cooking techniques with native Peruvian produce).

What is the new opening?
At the helm is Executive Chef Roberto Sihuay alongside the Gonzalez brothers Gabriel & José Luís. LIMA Since first opening Fitzrovia in 2012, the restaurant has gone from strength to strength, cementing its place among the very best in London and opening a second site, LIMA Cantina, in 2014. Its third site in uber-cool Shoreditch will open up its offering to a new part of the city.

Defined by fresh, vibrant and colourful ingredients, it’s no wonder its popularity in London has grown and grown.
What’s on the new menu?
On the new menu will be dishes like trio de ceviches, with ceviche clásico, ceviche mixto and bluefin tuna ceviche with rocotto tiger’s milk, gambas and bluefin tuna tiradito with rocoto tiger’s milk and avocado, wagyu beef saltado and much more. For dessert, you can indulge in a piura chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis or glazed pineapple with mango sorbet.
The drinks menu is also full of Peruvian twists. From the classic pisco sour and Picante to a Cuento del Diablo with chilli-infused pisco quebranta, and a pisco punch with pisco acholado, pineapple and orange, they are sure to get your tastebuds tingling.
