All The Game Of Thrones Stuff Going On Right Now
Winter is so nearly here, guys. I mean, is it just us or has winter been coming for, like, ever?! Well, not to fear, your lives are about to get well and truly taken over by Game of Thrones hype. Fan or not, you’ll be inundated with paraphernalia, quotes, spoiler alerts in the office and, it turns out, a splash of G.O.T related events across the city…

Rave Of Thrones
Bend the knee! The throne of London immersive experiences has been usurped by none other than a Game of Thrones-themed rave. ‘Rave of Thrones’ is coming to Electric Brixton April 26th, which has the making of the perfect penultimate event to get fans ready for the upcoming series finale.
The event is set to transform the Brixton venue into a snapshot of George R.R. Martin’s Westeros with appearances from White Walkers, the Iron Throne, cast look-alikes, and plenty of performances.
The rave will take place on Friday April 26th

A Feast of Thrones
This Chiswell Street staple knows a thing or two about their feasting and whilst you’d normally expect to be delving into squirrel croquettes, served with hazelnut mayo, or squirrel pie with braised leg and shoulder, their menu of late has taken a slightly different turn. Courtesy of Game of Thrones’ finale, The Jugged Hare are putting on an immersive event in the private Josephine Room, where feasters will gorge on a five-course menu of hearty plates alongside the finest Dornish wines.
In true rustic, lay of the land way, you’ll venture through Game of Thrones dish highlights including Hot Pie’s wolf bread with smoked bone marrow butter; crispy kraken salad; pigeon pie cut with Valyrian steel; the wild boar that killed Robert Baratheon; Sansa’s favourite lemon cakes, glazed with a honey syrup; and Fire & Ice – a whiskey and chilli chocolate finale.
Let’s hope it doesn’t turn out like the Red Wedding, eh…

Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection

Dragons' Eggs by Deliveroo
Those guys over at Deliveroo have clearly sat down and realised that with Game of Thrones coming in the run-up to Easter, there’s an opportunity for a bit of synergy. Step forward dragons’ eggs. The eggs, handprinted to look like the ones that hatched in season one will be available in London, weigh a kilo and measure 20cm tall. And, drum roll, they’ll only cost 80p (coz season eight).
