And, breathe…

Living, or even just working, in the city can be stressful. I know my anxiety levels skyrocket on the morning commute, ditching and diving onto an already overcrowded train into central, and I’m not alone. It’s said three-quarters of young Brits commute and say their stress levels increase and yet three in five are still willing to commute for even longer if it meant a better job and home. In honour of National Stress Week, and just to help you de-stress a little from the pressure of the city, we’ve rounded up the best wellbeing courses, classes and alternate therapies to open your minds to…

Studio One Islington

And relax…

Channel your inner yogi and zoom on over to Studio One Islington and take part in one of their intimate yoga classes. Set up by two sisters, the location is home to three large studios in which smaller classes take place (so you haven’t got to worry if you’re a little wobbly and have a habit of knocking into your yogi neighbour!).
