You might not be whizzing off on the Orient Express this weekend (it’s impossible to nab up a ticket anyway) but scoot on over to Soho to the new Cahoots Ticket Hall and Control Room. On the ground floor, Kingly Court train station has been taken over by a bunch of Scoundrels, fitted with mismatch furniture, a humongous station clock and a scattering of afternoon tea options (or cocktails if you head after dark).

Venture on downstairs to the Control Room, Soho’s newest well known speakeasy, and settle in for an evening of live performances and elaborate cocktails. This weekend Auntie Maureen will be taking to the stage to show off her moves and entertaining all in the Control Room.

Fleabag's Guinea Pig Café Pop-Up

Would you pay £12.55 for a stale ol’ cheese sandwich? No, we wouldn’t either but when there’s a cute guinea pig for cuddling thrown into the mix, it’s a whole other story. If you’re a Fleabag fan you’ll know what we’re harping on about. Fleabag’s legendary Guinea Pig Café has opened for one weekend only and we’re super excited.

Technically it’s only a set and you won’t actually be able to nibble your way through a micro meal or overpriced sarnie but you’ll be able to take a few snaps of the guinea pig trinkets and the show’s notorious golden nude statue.

Morty & Bob x Kricket

There’s only one person we trust to make us a toastie oozing with cheesy goodness and it’s Morty & Bob’s (and my dad, he makes a bangin’ cheese blend). This month Morty & Bob’s and Kricket have joined forces to bring us lucky Londoners the ultimate Bombay inspired sandwich mash-up. Expect lashings of Krickalilli (Kricket’s very own version of the yellow pickled condiment) coriander chutney, grilled between two thick slices of sourdough bread and smashed together with melted cheese. Ugh, sounds dreamy.
