It’s the weekend again… well, actually it’s Thursday but we’re putting this out early so you can roll up your party sleeves and get ready! Bringing a slice of Mexico to our home city is Ella Canta with their new new Tulum brunch series. Launching this Saturday, you’ll be partying into the afternoon with free flowing margaritas, Mayan dancers and a resident DJ who has teamed up with the party venue Coco Tulum to help add some rhythm into your grooves. If you can’t make it this time round, then fear not because it’ll be running every third Saturday of the month throughout the summer.

And, as a nod to the new film Rocketman, VIVI is calling all tiny dancers, island girls and, yep, rocket men too, for a limited-edition cocktail and bar bite pairing. It looks flippin’ delicious and boasts a delectable pop of candy floss and ingredients inclusive of Havana Club 7-year-old rum, house-made lemon balm syrup, elderflower, lime, dried mint, orange and egg white.

You won’t need a Sunday roast before this one that’s for sure! Executive Chef Alex Dilling at The Greenhouse in Mayfair is teaming up with 2* chef Paul Liebrandt, whose flying over from New York especially, to create a spring day to remember. Feast upon an eight course lunch or dinner created by Dilling and Liebrandt. Both are known for their modern approach to traditional French cuisine with the menu showcasing their signature dishes, alongside canapés and petit fours. Not to mention homemade chocs’ and a signer menu to take home with you!

You’ll be all aboard for this one. Throughout the summer disco groovers, karaoke hooligans and brunch lovers will come together for Tunes on The Thames, a summer of music events being held on board City Cruises newest boat, the Erasmus. Jump on board the floating dance floor and enjoy the stylish top deck whilst taking in the panoramic views of London. This Saturday, there will be a groovy hip-hop karaoke session happening on board.

If it’s a cocktail fix you’re in need of, then it’s time to get on board with celebrating World Whiskey Day. To mark the occasion, Quaglino’s is fully promoting the age-old idiom it’s 5 o’clock somewhere and is making this a reality for all Londoners. Collaborating with 12 bars across the world, in all 12 of the different time zones, Quaglino’s will be joined to help create an all-day cocktail hour. Each will be serving the world renowned cocktail, the old fashioned, as part of the project.
