It’s the weekend again… well, actually it’s Thursday but we’re putting this out early so you can roll up your party sleeves and get ready! And, as a nod to the new film Rocketman, VIVI is calling all tiny dancers, island girls and, yep, rocket men too, for a limited-edition cocktail and bar bite pairing. It looks flippin’ delicious and boasts a delectable pop of candy floss and ingredients inclusive of Havana Club 7-year-old rum, house-made lemon balm syrup, elderflower, lime, dried mint, orange and egg white.

The Greenhouse
You won’t need a Sunday roast before this one that’s for sure! Executive Chef Alex Dilling at The Greenhouse in Mayfair is teaming up with 2* chef Paul Liebrandt, whose flying over from New York especially, to create a spring day to remember. Feast upon an eight course lunch or dinner created by Dilling and Liebrandt. Both are known for their modern approach to traditional French cuisine with the menu showcasing their signature dishes, alongside canapés and petit fours. Not to mention homemade chocs’ and a signer menu to take home with you!
