1Rebel
High-end gyms tend to be restrictive – yes the services are great but you find yourself locked into lengthy, expensive contracts. 1REBEL somewhat revolutionised the London exercise scene when it opened offering all the luxury of a boutique studio (fridges packed with cold towels, Aromatherapy Associates toiletries and GHDs) with class ‘bundles’ whilst referring to itself as the ‘anti-gym’ – hence the name.
Forget what you know about classes and book in for one of their signature RIDE, RESHAPE or RUMBLE sessions. You’ll feel like you’ve been at a secret underground rave by the time you’re sat back at your desk.
