Immerse yourself in a sound bath

Sound artist Leo Cosendai has created a sonic chamber that promises a relaxing meditation session. Participants lay between two gongs which are played in tandem alongside crystal bowls and other meditative instruments that are woven into the soundscape. The hour-long ceremony will allow only four people to experience it at a time. If you’ve always wondered if sound healing is for you, this seems like a great place to try it.

Share spring-special dim sum baskets

If you’ve tried the Peking duck here, you know that the chefs at Mimi Mei Fair really know how to make heads turn. New on the menu is the very pretty and highly Instagram-friendly dim sum menu for spring. Drawing inspiration from the Cantonese kitchens in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, you’ll find a trio of steamed dumplings inside each basket which include flavours like crystal morel with bamboo pith, Canadian scallop with bamboo shoot and garlic-chive chicken with spring onion. For something sweet, there’s the coco-mango vegan sundae with toasted coconut flakes, fresh mango and coconut caramel. To elevate the experience order a glass of Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve champagne.

Marking 100 years of Umbro, this exhibition highlights Umbro’s dedication to fashion and sports with pieces on display from British designers like Kim Jones, Paul Smith, Nigel Cabourn, Aries Arise, Aitor Throup, R. Newbold, Philip Treacy, Peter Saville, and Palace. Umbro 100: Sportswear x Fashion features over 118 garments that explore how the relationship between sportswear and fashion has evolved over the last century.
