Your Ticket To London’s Hottest New Jazz Experience

30th September 2024

Fancy spending a night drinking champagne, eating oysters, rubbing shoulders with the 1930s elite, all set to an evening of electrifying jazz? London’s most anticipated autumn event from immersive-experience pioneers The Lost Estate, 58th Street, is one you won’t want to miss.

In Partnership With The Lost Estate

A night of blisteringly hot Harlem jazz, led by star vocalist Ayesha Pike and backed by some of London’s hottest jazz musicians, is about as close as one can get to a real-life 1930s New York jazz club without access to a time machine. Tickets are – unsurprisingly – bound to sell out fast, so head to Lost Estate’s website to find out how to secure them early.

A flawless experience

Whether they are whisking you away to Dickensian London or dropping you in the midst of a Sherlock Holmes mystery, The Lost Estate are experts at creating immersive experiences – and 58th Street is their most decadent yet, promising a night of unforgettable experiences.

Sit back as the world of 1930s New York comes alive around you through music, theatre and food. The night unfolds with three 45-minute sets of jazz, interspersed with a dining experience that harks back to the golden age of New York’s high society. A heady cocktail of art forms, 58th Street is destined to carry guests away on a wave of excess, entertainment and, of course, Champagne.

Step into 1930s New York

From the moment you step through the doors at 58th Street, you’ll be transported to a world where every night is the most outrageous, era-defining the Jazz Age has ever seen. You’re in Belle Livingstone’s world now, beloved emcee and hostess of the 58th Street. And the Queen of the Speakeasies runs her club like she lives her life: dangerously and deliciously. Witness her brought to life by West End legend, Yvette Robinson.

The Lost Estate’s visionary team, led by Founding Director William Kunhardt, has gone up a level with the design of 58th Street. The space is a stunning art deco reimagining of an original speakeasy, designed by Darling & Edge, and couture crafted by Susan Kulkarni, known for her work on Martin Scorsese‘s Silence. Every detail is immaculately thought-through and executed, and the room is brimming with life, excitement and the air of exclusivity.

Enjoy a luxe 1930’s New York-style tasting menu

The cuisine at 58th Street takes immersive dining to spellbinding new heights, as a six-course tasting menu which reimagines classic 1930s New York awaits you. Curated by Head Chef Ashley Clarke, formerly of SmokeStak, Temper Soho, and the Gordon Ramsay Group, the menu features decadent dishes like New York strip, oysters Rockefeller, Waldorf salad and baked Alaska.

Complimenting the food is a selection of illicit cocktails crafted by Head of Bars Ilya Demenkov. From classic cocktails such as the tried-and-true gin martini to new inventions like the Savoy tango (made with Sloe gin, calvados, absinthe, plum, and Japanese bitters), danger and decadence await. There is only one sitting per night and matinees on the weekend, so availability is limited.
