Fitzrovia Quarter’s first-ever Wellness Festival is a celebration of health and wellness across the buzzing neighbourhood. Timed to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, the festival features activations, offers and sessions with leading beauty clinics, fitness studios and wellness pioneers. You can find yourself at everything from a rooftop workout or a run club to a cooking class or an energising and restoring wellness treatment. Bookmark this event for a great way to spend a week in May.

Eggslut at Andaz London Liverpool Street

Andaz London Liverpool Street is keeping mornings exciting with the launch of their Breakfast Club. The series began as a love letter to East London’s food scene – and we’re all here for it. From the 15th May, and for the next eight weeks, Eggslut will be serving up a selection of their bestsellers, including the Fairfax sandwich, bacon egg and cheese, and hashbrowns, which will be available on the Rakes menu and through room service – this one definitely sounds like it’s worth getting up early for.

The Wild Table

The Laundry Brixton is heading into the woods for an incredible one-off dining experience set just an hour from London. MiMi Mei Fair’s Baskets in Bloom

Offering the perfect spring feast, this luxe Chinese restaurant has launched a dim sum feasting menu that draws inspiration from the Cantonese kitchens of Guangzhou and Hong Kong. The selection of dim sum will include crystal morel dumplings with bamboo pith, Canadian scallop dumplings with bamboo shoot, prawn and asparagus, and garlic-chive chicken dumplings with spring onion. The main course will offer a choice of either Sichuan Suffolk corn-fed chicken and cashew cuts or clay pot black bean aubergine, with sides of either olive fried rice or crunchy seasonal vegetables.

Robbie Williams’ solo exhibition

Head to Moco Museum London for a glimpse of Radical Honesty, a brand-new solo exhibition by Robbie Williams. This exhibition debuts his latest collection of sculpture for the very first time. A Hackney half-marathon special
