White Chocolate Easter Egg Fudge Recipe

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
CHILL: 1 HOUR

Ingredients

  • 450g of white chocolate
  • 397g of condensed milk
  • 120g Smarties mini eggs or Cadbury’s Mini Eggs, chopped

You will also need:
20cm (8in) square tin, lined with baking parchment

Method

1. Break or chop the white chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with the condensed milk.

2. Melt the ingredients gently over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and silky.  (Alternatively melt in the microwave in 10-20 second bursts, stirring frequently).

3. Allow the mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes so that when you add the chopped mini eggs they don’t melt too!

4. Combine thoroughly then spoon the fudge into the prepared tin.

5. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set, cut into squares.
