To celebrate their reopening, The Ivy Soho Brasserie has launched a new ‘Soho Summer of Love’ campaign, nodding to the swinging sixties through food and cocktails.
Celebrate the summer season with one of their refreshing tipples, from the In The Groove, a mix of Grey Goose Vodka, mint, lemon, sugar and topped with Prosecco, to the Flower Power, a blend of Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi Carta Blanca, Patron Silver, Blue Curacao, lemon juice and Fever-Tree lemonade. But we’re most excited to try the Swinging Spirit, the perfect chill out tipple featuring Bombay Sapphire, Martini Rosato, pink grapefruit juice, Fever-Tree Soda Water and Prosecco.

New kid on the block, Sabine is the rooftop bar you’ll find everyone scrambling to visit this summer. Home to stunning views over St Paul’s Cathedral and tropical plants scattered around, the cocktail menu continues on the botanical theme using premium spirits to create signature serves.
Try the What The Dickens, a refreshing cocktail made up of Beefeater 24 Gin, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juice, fresh raspberries, and topped with Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda, or try out the Whizz Fizz, a mix of Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger, elderflower cordial, crème de cassis and lemon juice. Our favourite though is the Midsummer Margarita. It’s a concoction of Volcan De Mi Terra, raspberries, Cointreau liqueur, lime juice.
Each concoction is presented in suitably stylish glassware, and delicately garnished for those Insta-worthy moments.

Ziggy Green, part of the Daisy Green franchise, has become the go-to place for ‘grammers, TikTokers and cocktail enthusiasts alike thanks to its legendary whole watermelon margarita.
Located on Heddon Street, the sharing cocktail comes to the table served inside a giant watermelon with a tap poking out the front, allowing drinkers to pour their own tipples at the table. The bright pink lava has become every cocktail lovers favourite and pairs perfectly alongside a selection of their moreish tacos.
Raspberries are officially coming into season and what better way to celebrate than with a refreshing Raspberry Mule at Tavolino?
The riverside destination celebrates the best of Italy through its contemporary cuisine and dishes, but this summer why not try the Raspberry Mule, a spin on the classic Moscow Mule. The cocktail is bursting with raspberries and honey, helping to add to the sweetness and freshness of the tipple. The whole drink is perfectly balanced thanks to the spiciness of the ginger beer, strength of vodka, sweetness of honey and raspberries and tartness of the lime.

GŎNG, Europe’s highest hotel bar, has an excellent new cocktail menu inspired by simplicity and sustainability. Nodding to their Asian heritage and namesake, the Interlocking Volume 2 represents a marriage of ancient Eastern culture with modern Western technique.
Try the Eucalyptus & Raspberry, a new take on the French 75, filled with raspberry and kombucha. It’s sweet, fruity and refreshing.

Kindred, the West London’s members’ space, is Hammersmith’s most exciting ‘out out’ spot. The space boasts an exciting, extensive cocktail menu featuring all of your favourite classics and a few innovative originals.
We love the Apple ‘n Bourbon Pie. Sweet and sharp, this cocktail is made up of Bulleit Bourbon, apple, cherry syrup and orgeat syrup, topped with a fresh cherry.

Carefully crafted with Asparagus Don Julio blanco, dry sherry, beech smoked pineapple, roasted hazelnut, earl grey, grapefruit and sesame, it’s one that’ll continue to wow you from the first sip to the last.

Drawing inspiration from some of Banksy’s most iconic and celebrated works, the cocktail nods to Banksy’s Bubble Slide Girl, Girl with Flair and Love is in the Air.
Pierpaolo Schirru, head mixologist of the contemporary Peruvian and Italian restaurant, draws on the artworks with flavours of pomelo and grapefruit gin and Pisco La Caravedo. It’s finished with a fun, theatrical rosemary edible bubble smoke. Definitely one worth ‘gramming.

This tipple is both bright and colourful, and provides the perfect refreshing tipple to enjoy all summer long. A new twist on the classic Mimosa, this cocktail is packed with Belvedere Vodka, freshly squeezed blood orange juice, Chinotto Nero and topped with Moët & Chandon.

Celebrate summer in style with a little help from Eataly, the new Italian food market and restaurant concept in London.
Head out onto their La Terrazza di Eataly, their outdoor dining concept, and sample some of the finest cocktails inspired by Italy. Their menu celebrates Italian lemons, incorporating them in any which way they can. It’s the Dolce Riviera you’ll want to sample though. Bringing a taste of the Italian sunshine to London, the cocktail is made up of 26 O’ndina Italian Gin, Basil, Lemon, Sugar, Sweet Cider Vinegar Shrub, Red Chilli and Mineral Water.

Happy Birthday to The Royal Exchange! This year sees the popular dining and retail establishment celebrate its 450th anniversary. The celebrations kicked off with the arrival of their outdoor exhibition, Paparazzi Dogs and now Fortnum & Mason is joining in on the action, serving up a cocktail in honour of its anniversary, the Grasshopper.
