Try a new workout class

Holistic wellness club Bodyism is partnering with the UK’s most respected pilates brand, Exhale Pilates London, for a week of special classes.

Watch Emily Blunt’s new series, The English 

This month sees the release of The English land on BBC iPlayer. Starring Emily Blunt and Chaske Spencer, the six-part series is written and directed by Hugo Blick (The Honourable Woman, Black Earth Rising). 

The series, releasing on 10th November, follows Lady Corneila Locke (Blunt), a woman of acclaim from England, and an ex-cavalry scout Eli Whipp (Spencer) as they unusually come together in 1890 mid-America to embark on the crossing of a treacherous landscape, one that’s, of course, built on dreams and blood.
