If you’re looking to inject a little colour into your home but don’t have the budget or the time for a complete overhaul, scroll to shop one of these joyful summery wall art prints.

Art is one of the easiest ways to upscale a room with little effort. It’s also never been more affordable thanks to a wealth of online print stores offering stylised prints, on-trend themes and works from new and emerging artists. So, if you’re not quite at the stages of investing in art, worry not.

It’s also a brilliant way of instantly changing the mood of a room to fit the season. Think warm, rusty abstract pieces for the autumn and winter months when all you want to do is cocoon at home with candles and glasses of red wine; switched up for zesty hues, images of ripe, juicy fruit and tongue-in-cheek works depicting your favourite sundowner – aperitivo hour, anyone?

One artist you’ll probably have spotted on Instagram is Lucy Mahon, whose tipple-inspired prints have us dreaming of holidays with salty hair and sun-kissed skin.

  • The London-based artist has recently teamed up with Soho Home to create a series of playful images inspired by the iconic Soho House properties. We love the print of the instantly recognisable Shoreditch House rooftop pool, featuring the House’s classic cabana red and white beach towel – think of it as a fun nod to those in the know.

Glassette is another pitstop to make for affordable, stylish art right now. They curate some of the coolest pieces and upcoming names on the scene, from ice cream scoops by Amyisla McCombi to a vintage-feel oysters and wine image by Carla Llanos.

And for a serious bargain, head to Desenio and scroll through the endless edits of photography, illustration, line drawings, nudes and posters depicting a range of summer scenes. We particularly love the photography section with imagery of powder pink camper vans looking over beachside sunsets, bowls of zesty lemons you can almost smell, and pin-up-inspired ladies hanging out in the pool in white bikinis and oversized sun hats.

Summer prints don’t come much more iconic than Slim Aarons’ summer-inspired pieces. Choose from aerial views of the famous Eden Rock pool nestled into the Antibes coastline, or the joyful poolside gossip taking place in Palm Springs circa 1970.
