What: The Handbook has teamed up with Marylebone Food Festival to offer one lucky reader the chance to win two tickets to the launch dinner, hosted by Jay Rayner and cooked by some of the best chefs in the area on 25 April.

Marylebone Food Festival is now a firm fixture in the calendar of many a London foodie and this year it returns from 25 to 30 April in aid of The Food Chain. Kicking off with its much loved tasting menu and wine pairing, created by some of the neighbourhood’s most talented chefs, the festival sees restaurants, bars and food shops putting on dozens of events from safari suppers and food tours to masterclasses, wine dinners and tastings. Tickets to all events will be available from March 2023 at marylebonefoodfestival.co.uk and you can see the latest additions to the line-up by following @marylebonefoodfestival on Instagram.

This dinner sold out in just three hours last year but we are offering a Handbook reader two seats at the table – a total value of £250.  You’ll be welcomed at the stunning grade II listed St Mary’s Church in Marylebone for canapés and cocktails to a backdrop of jazz from The Jay Rayner Quartet followed by a tasting menu, curated by local restaurants served with wines to complement each dish.

The Marylebone Food Festival launch line-up features canapés from Donostia, oysters from Cubitt House, cocktails from The Cavendish, focaccia fromThe Italian Greyhound, a tasting menu by Ottolenghi, Delamina, Cavita, ZOILO, T by Tamara (matched with wine from Philglas & Swiggot) and La Fromagerie followed by coffee from Hagen.
