 Indigo is both the signature restaurant of One Aldwych and a neighbourhood jewel famed for flavour. Overseen by Executive Chef Dominic Teague, Indigo’s menu exemplifies his penchant for British ingredients crafted into delicious dishes with a touch of imagination.  The second in a series of seasonal tasting menus in Indigo drawing upon Executive Chef Dominic Teague’s thirty years of experience has just been announced- The Foraged menu has been created by Dominic to showcase the incredible quality of ingredients in his kitchen.

Enjoy a delicious, locally sourced, luxury six-course menu showcasing magical winter ingredients collected by hand from around the British Isles. Including: a variety of canapés to start, followed by Roast Orkney Scallop; Beer Battered Filet of Cornish Brill; Cannon of Rhug Estate lamb. This is topped off with one of Teague’s signature brûlée desserts, vanilla with poached Yorkshire rhubarb plus a selection of tea, coffee and petits fours.
