What: Native oyster season is underway and we’re in the middle of Seafood Week so what better time to indulge in an ocean fresh seafood platter from Soho favourite and seafood specialist, Randall and Aubin Soho washed down with a bottle of the white wine that’s on everyone’s lips at the moment, Picpoul de Pinet from Ormarine. The leading producer of Picpoul de Pinet, Ormarine’s vineyards overlook the stunning Etang de Thau, a vast saltwater lagoon beside the Mediterranean shore in the South of France known for its oysters and shellfish. Ormarine’s Picpoul de Pinet wines are inexpensive, sustainably made, lower in alcohol, with a refreshing citrus acidity and a subtle taste of the sea from the fragrant marine breezes making them the perfect match with seafood and oysters.
