Learn impressive sushi making skills and discover more about this Japanese art with a Sushi Masterclass and lunch at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, in London’s Mayfair.

Gather for welcome refreshments and introductions to the team, before donning your aprons and Lucky Cat chef bandanas and taking a tour of the world-class kitchens. Take a seat at the exclusive Kasai Chef’s Table, where the sushi chef will explain the format of the day. With a blend of chef’s demonstrations and hands-on experience, you’ll discover a range of techniques and tips, from how to make sushi rice and traditions of Japanese sushi making, to crafting the perfect sushi rolls and nigiri. 

At the end the of the masterclass, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labour with a luxurious sushi selection, including your creations, served with traditional accompaniments – soy, wasabi, and ginger. As a memento of your Lucky Cat experience, guests will also receive a Lucky Cat gift to takeaway.
