These bedroom prints, from cute slogan interiors to dreamy landscapes and beautiful line drawings, are so good they’ll make you want to stay in bed.

Picking art for any room in the house can feel like a daunting task. It not only has to work with the room’s colour palette and vibe, but it can transform the mood of the space room, so you want to get it right.

To be honest, choosing art for the home really comes down to personal taste but there are some themes that we think work really well for the room you supposedly spend a third of your life in.

You supposedly spend a third of your life in bed so it pays to make the space somewhere you love.

First up, dreamy landscapes and scenes of nature. Whether that’s a Western-inspired cowboy print of a boundless desert by Magda Biernat; or a simple shell print by one of our favourite illustrators, Stoff Studios – double points for the calming blue colour palette – bringing scenes of nature into your home can offer a touch of serenity.

For something more traditional, a collective of vintage-inspired palm tree prints and botanicals by Petri Prints will make for a statement piece above a headboard or scattered amongst double side tables.

If portraiture is more your thing, we love soft lines and pastel colours. The Poster Club’s ‘Hold You’ art print features two abstract bodies almost dancing around each other which brings a romantic feel to the space, while British artist Ruby Bateman’s Limited Edition Giclée print is a cultured choice, inspired by her love of the hugely influential Bloomsbury Group artists Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell at Charleston House. In pastel pink and green, the image will bring a sense of calm and personality to your bedroom walls.

And then there is the cute slogan interiors trend that is everywhere right now, from kitchen prints to children’s bedroom art. Go for positive and heartfelt messages such as Lucy Mahon’s ‘Room Service & Sitcoms’ design or Hotel Magique’s super simple but impactful Wake Up, No Thank You duo of prints.

Emmie Lou Art’s L’été Infini piece is perfect for carrying the mood from a hallway into a bedroom. Quite frankly, we’d hang it in any room of the house.

Photography prints are a surefire way to bring some cool to the bedroom. From Slim Aaron’s iconic beach scenes to the famous John & Yoko bed-in.
