Chef Alfredo Russo at La Trattoria
This May, IL MERCATO at La Trattoria by Alfredo Russo takes you on a journey to Veneto, showcasing the rich flavours and traditional dishes of this northeastern Italian region. Inspired by the lively atmosphere of an Italian market, IL MERCATO’s May menu includes highlights like sausage risotto and asparagus with eggs. Hosted every Thursday evening this month, these special evenings offer a taste of Veneto, crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Alfredo Russo and Head Chef Roberto Roncolato.

Chef Karl O’Dell at CORD
This is more than just a tasting, it’s a hands-on culinary experience. Chef Cristian González at Eastway Brasserie
From 2nd June, Argentinian chef Cristian ‘Chino’ González takes over the Eastway Brasserie for three months, bringing his bold, open-fire cooking and Latin American heritage to the heart of Liverpool Street. Having trained in world-renowned restaurants such as Mirazur and Lasarte-Oria, and led kitchens across South America, Chino’s menu blends technique with plenty of flavour with dishes like seabass ceviche, charred skirt steak with chimichurri and dulce de leche mousse. Plus, there will be a rotating selection of Argentinian wines available throughout the residency, chosen to complement the layered flavours of the dishes.

Chef Brandon Arriaga at Carousel
