Emilia Clarke’s New Haircut Is Very Rachel Green

Emilia Clarke is, arguably, most recognisable with bleach blonde hair for her iconic role as Daenerys Targaryen in Game Of Thrones. But for the most part, since her breakout role, the Brit has opted for darker brunette roots. That is, until now. Just recently, the star debuted a new ‘do and it reminds us of another famous character…
Emilia Clarke attended the British Grand Prix in Silverstone this weekend. For the occasion, she opted for a knee-length khaki belted number selected by stylist, Harry Lambert. It was her hair that really turned heads though.
Rather than sporting darker, tousled strands, the actor went for a lighter haircut with honeyed blonde highlights and a 90’s blowout with face-framing layers reminiscent of Jennifer Aniston‘s role of Rachel Green in Friends.
Hairstylist and colourist, Nicola Clarke (who also does Cate Blanchett and Kate Winslet‘s hair) shared the video on Instagram with the caption: “@emilia_clarke 💫looking absolutely beautiful silverstone bound” and, well, we couldn’t agree more.
