Don’t get us wrong, we love a brunch date but finding somewhere that offers gut-loving and delicious options is hard to come by. That was until we found the new Super Glow Menu at Harvey Nichols that’s designed to help you feel rejuvenated with every mouthful.

In Partnership With Harvey Nichols

Whether you’ve kickstarted your wellness journey or you’re just consciously trying to eat a little more nutritiously in 2024, it’s hard to stay on track when you’re dining and drinking out. This winter, Harvey Nichols is making things easier. They have partnered with London-based nutritionist, Emily English (@emthenutritionist), to curate the Super Glow Menu.

With over 900,000 followers on Instagram and her own cookbook, So Good, Emily has built her reputation around creating nutrient-dense recipes with maximum flavour to make you feel good inside and out.

This menu collab is no different, with super-food-packed smoothies and energy-boosting juices.

Packed with nutrient-rich ingredients and antioxidants, this exclusive collaboration menu features four juices and smoothies that go above and beyond in promoting wellness from within and leave you with a lasting glow.

What’s on the menu?

Available from The Fifth Floor Cafe & Terrace until 31st March, choose between the Glow Tonic, the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory packed juice made with carrots, orange, pineapple, turmeric root and black pepper, or the Reset Greens, a natural detoxing mix of kale, cucumber, celery, lemon juice, ginger root and pear.

On the smoothie front, try the fibre-packed Spiced Vanilla Matcha, blending matcha powder, coconut milk, Medjool dates, banana, vanilla extract, avocado and cinnamon, or reduce inflammation with The Thriver, a combination of blueberries, acai puree, beetroot, spinach, coconut milk and honey.

Alongside the juices, a series of nourishing dishes have been added to the menu. Opt for the Hot Honey Lemon Avocado Toast with sticky halloumi fried with honey and chilli and served with an oozy poached egg or try the Best Ever Caesar Salad with crispy parma ham shards, parmesan flakes, garlic sourdough croutons and tangy yoghurt-based dressing. There’s the option to add on chicken for a more protein-packed meal.

If you’re after something sweet, opt for the pillowy-soft ricotta lemon pancakes paired with a healthy chia seed blueberry compote and honey, and served with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
