Brasserie Constance
Brasserie Constance by chef Adam Byatt will open its doors on 15th July, offering brasserie dining, inspired by the flavours of British kitchens and homes. Nestled on the banks of the Thames on the first floor of Fulham Pier, Brasserie Constance is set to be a relaxed and welcoming space, offering panoramic views of the Thames. Relax with a martini, negroni or a G&T and enjoy dishes like potted duck with rosehip jelly, London smoked salmon served from the trolley and plates of braised leeks with vinaigrette. Desserts are all about that nostalgia with a towering yet light baked Alaska (served tableside), a trifle of the day, or English strawberries and cream.

Shanghai Me
Shanghai Me launches on the renowned Hilton Park Lane rooftop in London this month. Boasting views of central London spanning the gardens of Buckingham Palace to Hyde Park, the restaurant is already established in Dubai and Doha, and is soon to open in Monaco as well. The interiors of Shanghai Me are exquisite, paying tribute to 1930s Shanghai with a blend of Art Deco glamour and contemporary style. The menu reimagines pan-Asian cuisine with dishes like yellowtail carpaccio with black truffle, Cantonese-style roast duck with foie gras and caviar, spicy bluefin tuna oshizushi, and braised beef short rib Shanghai style.

Crust Bros
The two-time National Pizza Award-winning London pizza brand, famed for charred-to-perfection leopard print crusts, personalised Neapolitan style pizzas, and some brilliant sides, is launching their biggest restaurant to date on 4th July in Covent Garden. Spread over two sprawling floors on Bedford Street in the heart of the West End, diners can expect an elevated take on the familiar Crust Bros offering, including a selection of must-try new side dishes, including six-hour ragu lasagna bomba doughnuts.

The Duck & Rice
The Duck & Rice is set to unveil its second location at Battersea Power Station this month. The new venue has a 185-seat open-plan restaurant featuring an open kitchen and a raised bar area serving beer on tap, cocktails, and soft drinks. The design takes inspiration from the aesthetic of China’s tea houses. After 10 years of serving Soho with its bold take on Cantonese cuisine, Duck and Rice is bringing its signature flavours to Battersea with favourites like the renowned Cantonese house roast duck, pork and prawn shumai, sweet and sour pork with rice, and a vegetable katsu curry.

Sinners
An indulgent new dining and cabaret den, Sinners is an intimate, neon-lit space and a bold new spot to spend a night out. Offering a 3, 5, or 7-course menu alongside immersive live performances every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the menu includes bone-marrow croquettes topped with crispy bacon crumble, spaghetti carbonara with smoked egg yolk, and roasted lamb rump with cannellini bean stew and fried parsnip crisps. The space is built for all-day dining, late-night revelry, and everything in between. Plus, upstairs, the Eden Lounge will open as a relaxed coffee and coworking spot.

Pintxito
Opening on 21st July, Pintxito is an intimate 40-cover bar under the arches of Covent Garden Piazza. Inspired by the Basque Country, widely regarded as the gastronomic heartland of Spain, it will serve pintxos, small, delicious bites of food found in bars across the region, alongside locally produced drinks. On the menu, expect classics including baby squid in squid ink, anchovy gildas, crispy pig’s ears and King oyster mushrooms with piquillo and salsa verde.

Little Fires
A Mexican-inspired cocktail and late-night bar, Little Fires leans heavily into mezcal, agave spirits and tequila. With an exclusive UK partnership with Asunción Mezcal, the bar will showcase a curated collection of rare, artisanal mezcals, while in the kitchen, Rodolfo Castellanos (the winner of Top Chef Mexico and chef-owner of Origen Oaxaca), will lead with a menu of Oaxacan-inspired snacks and small plates such as tostadas, elotes and ceviche.

BEAR By Carlo Scotto
Award-winning chef Carlo Scotto is opening BEAR, a 14-seat chef’s table concept located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Set within an immersive open kitchen, the highlight of BEAR is that it offers an intimate front-row seat to the magic behind the kitchen, with an atmosphere that feels more like a private dinner party than a conventional restaurant. The menu is seasonal and includes dishes like pickled attika kohlrabi, langoustine, jalapeno, purple shiso with salad burnet, laminated brioche made entirely by hand, served with an unconventional three layered butter coated in burnet hay and a Moroccan spiced duck with morels poached in a home-brewed pickled aged rum, tempeh fermented British Asparagus, with wild garlic and lacquered in a beetroot jus.
