Early Morning Yoga
Getting up in the winter to exercise is pretty much impossible, it’s dark and it’s cold. Now is the time to make the most of your mornings, the sun shining through our windows has us raring to go (well, maybe not raring, that’s a slight exaggeration). One thing that will get us out of bed though is Fat Buddha Yoga at Cod d’Argent. Starting on 18th May, Jessica Skye will be taking to the rooftop of Coq d’Argent to host weekly early morning yoga sessions and unlike your usual gym studio you’ll get spectacular views out across the city. You can also stay for breakfast afterwards with dishes including Greek yoghurt with honey, berry compote, fruit salad or muesli and smoked salmon and spinach eggs benedict.
