Who said January couldn’t be as fun as December? Yes, we might have just waved goodbye to Christmas, but January is bursting with wintry festivities, glorious art fairs and London’s best light installation. So to prove January isn’t just December’s fiercer step-sister, we’ve rounded up 15 of the best pop-ups happenings in and around the city this month. Enjoy!

Banishing rumours that Christmas is the only time that London sparkles, Canary Wharf’s winter display is set to return for a sixth year with an entrance come Thursday 15th January, mesmerising Londoners once again with their incredible must-see light display that’ll break your phone with beauty.

Come January, Canary Wharf will be armed with a 340 metre display of neon and LED glowing lights flowing through Jubilee Park, glistening trees and blooming flowers illuminating the streets and a four metre high ‘Mountain of Light’ (whatever that means…) Don’t miss your chance to be dazzled away by London’s best light installation this January.
