Arbikie Takes Over Ask For Janice

The Gin Series

Scottish spirit makers, Arbikie will be hosting a month-long residency at Ask For Janice which will focus on Arbikie AK’s Gin. Throughout the month they’ll be hosting masterclasses, supper clubs and guest bartender Francesco Petracci from The Gibson will be creating a bespoke Arbikie cocktail menu and whipping up his ‘World’s Best Martini 2018’ winning recipe.

Ecover Rubbish Café

London's First Rubbish Café

For two days you’ll be able to eat for free in Covent Garden..quite an achievement. All you need to have is recyclable plastic and you can swap it for sustainable dishes such as a Mother Nature bowl made from wild turmeric rice, cauliflower, golden sultanas, coriander and chaat masala at Ecover’s Rubbish Café. The café will be kitted out in upcycled decor, and will be serving the vegetarian and vegan dishes on a first come first served basis. The company is working to highlight the importance of recycling, upcycling and not wasting all as part of their war on plastic.

Fodder will be hosting their first ever collaboration evening with one of their favourite foodies, the queen of preservation, pickling and fermenting: Kylee Newton. After a successful pop-up last year, the team behind London’s only dedicated mezcal tasting room, Sin Gusano is teaming up with a new kitchen Elote to run a seven week pop-up. The pop-up will offer a whole new range of rare mezcal, private tasting experiences, a Cinco de Mayo party and a whole host of special events.

London Shell Co x Tony "The Spice Man” Singh

Tony ‘The Spice Man’ Singh will be teaming up with Stuart Kilpatrick, Head Chef of the London Shell Co for a series of supper clubs. The menu includes the likes of Punjabi salmon, scallops with tempered ginger and lime and Perthshire strawberries, Sri Lankan cinnamon and Malabar black pepper. The duo will also be hosting each evening so expect plenty of entertainment as you cruise from Paddington to Camden.

Michelin star chef Felice Sgarra from renowned restaurant Umami in Andria Italy will be hosting an exclusive one-night dinner at Sauterelle. Plastic Pledge Supper Club

The Supper Club with No Plastic

‘Plastic Pledge’ is a supper club not to be missed. Devised by chef Rose Lloyd Owen, the founder of Fare Healthy and Peardrop London, the event will see five delicious courses served in a kitchen entirely devoid of plastic. With dishes created by food and wellness entrepreneur Jasmine Hemsley, Treadwells Chef Patron Chantelle Nicholson, chef and journalist Anna Barnett, eco-chef and food campaigner Tom Hunt, alongside Rose Lloyd Owen, all the dishes will be made to One Planet Plate standards.
