In Spain they don’t have Star Wars, instead they’ve got La Guerra De Las Galaxias. Presumably this also means they don’t have all the supposed hilarity around the date ‘May the 4th [be with you]’, lucky things. But what they lack in Ewoks, they make up for in tequila the following day for the celebration of Cinco de Mayo, or 5th May. Cinco de Mayo commemorates the victory of Mexico after the pesky French attempted an invasion in the nineteenth century, but is celebrated across North America as a day to celebrate Mexican culture.

One of our favourite sky terraces, Jin Bo Law, will be putting together a Cinco de Mayo terrace fiesta for the Mexican national day. Head down on 4th may (quatro de mayo) for a night of the sights and sounds, as well as smells, of Mexico. They’ll be serving up a unique Margarita menu throughout May thanks to their partnership with Cointreau.

2. Prize: The prize consists of: A £250 bar tab to be used at Electric Shuffle Canary Wharf 90 minutes of shuffleboard for a group of up to six (6) people at Electric Shuffle.
3. Redemption: The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner being notified.
