London’s New Michelin Star Restaurants For 2025

Michelin has just announced the newest UK restaurants to grace their guide and earn those sparkling stars. While there’s still some controversy over the tyre-manufacturer-turned-restaurant-bible (do France and Japan really have the best food in the world or is it just bias?), there’s no denying that Michelin stars mean some seriously good cooking.
The capital has gained ten one-star restaurants and two two-star restaurants. From the first-ever vegan spot in London to a Greek favourite, these are the new Michelin-starred restaurants you’re going to want to add to your to-visit list.
New One-Star Restaurants
Oma

Oma is on the lips of every foodie right now, set inside the beloved Borough Market. The menu and vibe are inspired by the Greek Isles, so expect fresh seafood, plus clay pot and grilled meats, all promising to deliver bold flavours. Standout dishes include sea bass crudo with jalapeño granita, lobster bisque börek and octopus skewers.
