Beyond London, The Loch & the Tyne in Old Windsor, a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded pub, celebrates local produce, even from the pub’s own gardens. In Cornwall, Ugly Butterfly 2.0, located at The Headland, Newquay, redefines coastal dining with a produce-led, waste-free ethos, near The Tartan Fox, Adam’s Cornish gastropub, which joined the Michelin Guide just five months after opening.
