It’s that time of year when your wardrobe needs to up its game. From office shindigs and family get-togethers to cocktail soirées and the simple dinner party, it’s easy to get outfit overwhelm. So we’re here to lend a stylish hand with a little inspo from some of our fave content creators…

Oh yes, we’re here for the party marathon and ready to look fabulous. However, when it comes to what to wear to a dinner party, we want both comfort and cool; laid-back with a hint of sexy. Naturally, I had to stalk the coolest folk in fashion for inspiration and found some gorgeous looks to emulate. I’m talking leopard print co-ords and feather trimmed tailoring; luxe knitwear, rich colours and statement jewellery. The key is to keep your look relaxed for an evening of flowing wine and good food, with just a hint of drama – from the fashion, of course.

Mint Velvet is one label that continues to impress. This season’s party collection is divine, with numerous iconic and designer-inspired pieces. Another brand to see you through the festivities is the London-based Ghospell. Unsurprisingly, it’s an influencer favourite for its contemporary yet slightly quirky creations. While I’ve also totally fallen for the latest Anouk Yve x Malina collection. The pared back range of the most luxurious separates has been created by Anouk Yve, the Dutch entrepreneur and content creator and Swedish designer Malin Ek Andrén. Honestly, if you’re after minimalist, high-end fashion, you need to check it out.

Of course, if you’re someone with a diary bursting with engagements, budget-friendly clothing is always favourable. H&M, as ever, has you covered not just for all your dinner party outfits, but for your dance floor dresses and, when you’ve had too much, your Christmas PJs, too.
