Cute Bed Linen For Children’s Bedrooms
Finding cute bed linen that your little ones love and that doesn’t make your inner interiors critic wince needn’t be mutually exclusive. So, we’ve trawled the Internet, from high street failsafes to gorgeous indie brands, to bring you the ultimate edit of children’s cute bed linen. Whether they’re in the obligatory dinosaur phase or want something that feels cool and grown-up, scroll to shop our favourites below…
Children’s bed linen doesn’t need to be all Barbie pinks or cartoonish trucks and cars, there is actually a heap of incredibly stylish designs to choose from that your little one will feel reflect their own space but that you’ll also be pleasantly surprised by.
The high street is the obvious choice for value and variety, and if you’re a parent who’s ever been faced with a sick bug at 2am, you can attest that it pays to have a big backup of spare sheets and duvet covers in the linen cupboard. The first stop is M&S, who this season have spoiled little stegosaurus fans with their 3D linen set. The set comes with reversible sides, one a repeated mini dino print on neutral cream, the other on a deep forest green which gives the playful set a more grown-up feel. And the 3D dinosaur pillow will charm little ones into going to sleep… you can hope at least.
Also catching our eye is Oliver Bonas’s harlequin print patchwork quilt. Full of 1970s-inspired colours and textures, it would work just as well in a children’s room as a teenager and we quite fancy it in a grown-up bedroom too.
If you love that more homely, chintzy vibe in your home and want to carry it through into a children’s room, check out the independent interiors brand Avery Row. Their sweet floral motifs are inspired by vintage prints and come in lots of different sizes, from cots to big girls and boys’ beds.
Whilst Projekt Tyynny is a Nordic brand specialising in handcrafted pieces from fairytale children’s bed canopies to nostalgic quilted blankets. Their bedding, which we love for both adults and little ones, feels as though it could be vintage, with embroidered detailing, frilly scalloped edging and our favourite, the picnic-inspired gingham design.
